My treatment started with choosing a flower from the Lotus Wei flower library which indicated the balancing serum best suited to my current state of mind. I knew I was in excellent hands as Laura, who is a holistic facialist as well as a Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Reiki practitioner at Content, started cleansing my face and warming muscles with a warm compress, sending me to a sensory heaven by gently tapping on subtle energy points around my face combined with a firmer rub over my head and neck.
I was brought back to this world when Laura started cooling my face using the Slim Cera facial roller from Japan, a really cool gadget containing 10 minerals renowned for their regenerative and energetic qualities that close your pores at the end of the treatment.
