Relax Kids is a unique method of teaching children to relax using dance and movement, games, stretching and breathing exercises, peer massage, affirmations and visualisations. Children enter a magical world as they have fun relaxing their bodies and minds through a variety of inspirational books, CDs and classes. Relax Kids also runs a teacher training program for school teachers and parents who wish to set up Relax Kids classes and children parties in their area and publishes a dedicated magazine for pre-school children as well as teenagers. The CDs seem to be a favourite for my toddler yoga class. I have some very young yogis aged just 2 years and they have amazing cuddles with their mums when I put the CD on for relaxation time. The mums have bought the CDs for themselves now and are used to help at bed time.

I have been using the ‘Shining stars’ CD with my class of 4 year olds. We use them on a Friday afternoon straight after lunch. The children love them and really look forward to it and it results in a lovely calm Friday afternoon (a rare thing in a reception class!!!).

I am a learning mentor at a school in Milton Keynes. I use Relax Kids in my sessions and the children absolutely love it. I work with children with social and emotional issues and it is such a help to me. I sometimes use it for my boy's that are experiencing anger problems and also at the beginning of some sessions where the children are sometimes a little energetic and need calming before the session takes place. I am currently placing another order with you and just wanted to say thank you. I now wouldn’t be without Relax Kids.
