Requirements for Directory & Diary
In order to list your business profile, products, services and events we require all businesses to meet our wellbeing & ethical standards as a whole company or for specific products and services you wish to showcase on our website. You are responsible to ensure you comply with our code of practice set in the document Holistic Ethics which forms part of these terms. We reserve the right not to approve, accept or cancel your listing and/or any related content if you fail to prove to meet our requirements and no refunds will be paid. Once your listing is approved and a full payment has been received we will publish your business profile or event details online. You may request changes to your business profile, diary listings and the related content at any time by e-mail or post and allow up to 5 working days to apply these changes.
Advertisers
Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that the submitted material for inclusion on our website complies with applicable laws, codes and regulations. Baoli reserves the right to approve, reject and cancel any advertisement. All creative artwork must be submitted to us at least 5 working days before the publishing date and we do not accept any responsibility for your late submission. The payment must be received in advance and any cancellations or changes in your campaign must be made in writing by e-mail or post at least 10 working days before the publishing date for a full refund.
Competitions
Our prize draws, prize competitions and/or other promotions are open to all residents of the UK (unless otherwise stated), except employees of Baoli and the promoter, its advertising or PR agency, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion, including any family member.
Only one competition entry is permissible per person per competition and entry must be made through a specific form. Baoli will not accept responsibility for any entries not received through technical fault as well as incomplete, incorrect and illegible entries. All competitions can be extended or cancelled at any time without prior notice. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. We also reserve the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
The competition winner will be picked at random from all correct entries and notified by email or by telephone soon after the draw. Winners have 10 working days to respond in full to the email or another winner will be drawn. The list of winners will be also published on our website. The judge’s decision is final and we will not enter into any correspondence.
By entering a competition on this website, you are giving consent for your name to be used in publicity on the site and in communications regarding your win. You also accept that we may pass your personal information to the promoter of the competition.
