1.  Introduction

To ensure that we can offer you premium services and products and that you fully enjoy the Baoli experience, we recommend that you carefully read and understand these terms as they describe the terms and conditions applicable to the use of services and the sale of goods we offer. If you are not prepared to agree with and accept all of these terms outlined in this contract you many not use our services or access our products. These Terms & Conditions serve as a contract between you as a client and The Baoli Ltd., 9 North Parade, Mollison Way, Edgware, Middlesex, HA8 5QW, England. Registered in England and Wales No. 6742239.

2.  Personalisation

We are giving you the freedom to personalize Baoli Gift Vouchers and let you decide on the features of your perfect gift. Simply select one or more of the following options and contact us via email at info@thebaoli.com or call us at +44 (0) 754 330 2820. We will be delighted to assist and advise you!

• You can dedicate it to a specific person (first name, surname)
• You can include your name (first name, surname)
• You can choose from our extensive menu and dedicate a specific Baoli lesson, break or holiday to suit individual needs (please, see www.thebaoli.com for offer)
• Or you can simply select a cash denomination (£20 / £30 / £40 / £50 / £100 / £200 / £500) if you are not sure or can not decide.

All Baoli Gift Vouchers are subject to availability.

3.  Delivery address

You can also decide whether you want us to send the Baoli Gift Voucher to your address and present it to your loved one personally or provide us with their address (name, street, city, post code, country) and we deliver the voucher on your behalf as a special surprise.

4.  Payment

You can choose to pay for Baoli Gift Vouchers by cash or cheque. We also accept all major credit or debit cards (PayPal). All payment and bank details are available upon request.

5.  Validity

• You can redeem Baoli Gift Vouchers against all of our products and services within 12 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated;
• Baoli Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and can not be used in combination with other special offers and/or promotions;
• Remember to present your original Baoli Gift Voucher at the time of purchase or appointment.

Please, note that Terms & Conditions for Baoli lessons, breaks and holidays apply with the use of our Gift Vouchers and you must agree to them accordingly.
