1. Introduction
To ensure that we can offer you premium services and products and that you fully enjoy the Baoli experience, we recommend that you carefully read and understand these terms as they describe the terms and conditions applicable to the use of services and the sale of goods we offer. If you are not prepared to agree with and accept all of these terms outlined in this contract you many not use our services or access our products. These Terms & Conditions serve as a contract between you as a client and The Baoli Ltd., 9 North Parade, Mollison Way, Edgware, Middlesex, HA8 5QW, England. Registered in England and Wales No. 6742239.
2. Booking and confirmation
We are offering the opportunity for you to book Baoli lessons from us via telephone, email or website. You can call us at +44 (0) 754 330 2820, send us an email at info@thebaoli.com or complete a booking form on our web site. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Once you have chosen your preferred lesson from our Baoli menu, it is important you enquire availability of your preferred date, type of yoga lesson and number of clients. We will get back to you within 24 hours upon receiving your booking enquiry to confirm our availability or suggest other alternatives for you if the space or type of yoga lesson is not available.
Baoli yoga lessons are available 24/7.

3. Prices and payments
We do our best not to change the published prices, however we do reserve the right to increase them based on raise of service fees charged to us by third parties. In this event, we will inform you of such changes prior to making your booking. Once your booking has been confirmed by us, your price is guaranteed.
The published prices are made on terms of a single client booking and an extra 20% is added when the second person attends the lesson. Other arrangements and bespoke lessons are estimated on application.
You can choose to pay for our services by cash, cheque or bank transfer and we also accept all major credit or debit cards (PayPal). All payment and bank details are available upon request.
Yoga lessons are typically invoiced after each appointment (one-off lessons) or at the end of each month (corporate lessons). Advance payment is requested if you book a set of 10 lessons or a bespoke program has been designed for you. Please, note the set of 10 yoga lessons is valid for the period of three months effective of date of the first yoga lesson.
Baoli yoga lesson prices include:
- Personal initial consultation (approximately 20 minutes)
- Yoga lesson and/or other therapy
- Transportation to your house, office or optional venue (Zone 1)
- Use of mat and props
- Herbal tea or juice
Baoli yoga lesson prices exclude:
- Transportation to your house, office or optional venue outside Zone 1 (a surcharge will be added based on distance)
- Health insurance
4. Changes and cancellation by you
If you need to cancel your Baoli lesson, please inform us as soon as possible either by email at info@thebaoli.com or call us directly at +44 (0) 754 330 2820.
If you request any changes to your booking we will endeavour to comply, but cannot guarantee them. We do not charge any administration fee for additional changes but the extra charges must be paid immediately. Please note 50% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours prior to your yoga lesson.
We kindly request to allow approximately 5-10 minutes before your yoga lesson starts to set the props and change. If you are late for your appointment you deprive yourself of precious minutes of your yoga lesson.
5. Changes and cancellation by The Baoli Ltd.
We trust to deliver only premium products and services and do not expect any major changes to occur at the time of your booking. We, however, reserve the right at all times to cancel, change or re-schedule your appointment and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any bookings.
If, on rare occasions, we are forced to cancel your appointment, we will inform you as soon as possible and you have a right to book another yoga lesson with us. If no suitable time can be arranged then you have the right to a full refund on your advance payment.
6. Private consultations
We take a holistic approach in all we do and it is important to find out and understand not only your fitness level, dietary habits and lifestyle rituals but also your expectations and results you want to reach. We expect your full commitment and self-discipline as it is the essential component of your transformation.
That’s why, prior to your first yoga lesson with us, we hold an initial consultation and ask you a set of basic medical questions to evaluate your physical and mental conditions in order to proceed with our treatments and establish your targets and goals. The initial consultation can be held independently or as part of your first yoga lesson.
We usually hold the final consultation at the end of your program (set of lessons) to assess the results and suggest the next steps or alternative treatments.
7. Health conditions and liability
It is your responsibility to make sure that you are physically fit and have not been advised not to practice yoga or other strenuous excercise by a qualified medical person. You agree to inform us of your medical condition prior to your first appointment with us and keep us updated on all changes.
Please, be aware of all risks in practicing yoga or other physical activities. You agree to participate in all activities voluntarily and we can not be liable for any injury, accident, death or property loss.
8. Your obligations
We are committed to provide you only with professional services and thus kindly request your assistance and help to keep our standards at the highest level by agreeing to the following:
- to treat our staff and property with care and consideration and ensure that you will not cause damage to the property and offence, danger or distress our staff;
- to notify us immediately if our staff approached you for a direct employment;
- to book all appointments through us, no appointments may be booked directly with our staff;
- not to employ Baoli staff within 3 months of their departure from us, or else be liable to pay us a fine of £1,000;
- to respect a mobile free zone and turn them off during our yoga lessons.
If you plan to have children present during your yoga lesson, we advise to verify with us the suitability of Baoli lessons as well as equipment availability, special needs or services. Children should be monitored at all times and they participate in all activities at your own risk as we can not accept liability for them or the faulty use of equipment.
Pursuant to these Terms & Conditions, you agree that you will pay all required payment tranches in order to proceed with your booking and complete your transaction.

10. Complaints
If any dispute or complaint arises or a service you had received has not been to an acceptable standard you should inform us immediately so we can solve the problem. 11. Governing law
This contract and its terms is governed and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
