Booking
Choose your perfect yoga lesson, holistic break or holiday from the Baoli menu and enquire availability by calling us at +44 (0) 754 330 2820 or completing this booking form.
Confirmation
We will get back to you within 48 hours upon receiving your booking enquiry to arrange the initial consultation to start your yoga lessons or confirm the space availability at our holistic breaks and holidays.
If the space on your chosen break or holiday is no longer available we suggest alternative dates and destinations for you.
Travel information
As soon as your deposit is paid in, we will send you details of recommended airlines/flights and insurance, visa and medical providers so you can make all the necessary arrangements in time before you leave.
You will receive a Baoli travel pack 2 weeks prior to your departure, including information of your holistic break or holidays, transfer details, itinerary, list of essential items to bring, useful tips and contact details.
Payment
Baoli yoga lessons are typically invoiced at the end of each month and we accept cash, cheque or bank transfer as a method of payment.
We require a 25% of non-refundable deposit for all Baoli holistic breaks and holidays (50% for bespoke breaks and holidays) to hold your reservation which has to be paid at the time of booking. Upon its receipt we issue a balance invoice and encourage you to complete the payment 8 weeks before your holistic break or holiday starts. You can pay by cheque or bank transfer and we also accept all major credit or debit cards.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your yoga lesson, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise a cancellation fee applies.
Please note, that if you need to cancel your holistic break or holiday, your paid deposit is not refundable and a cancellation fee may apply.
A notification of your cancellation must be received in writing, either by post or email at info@thebaoli.com
